Course Overview

This comprehensive course is designed to empower participants with evidence-based strategies for nutrition, lifestyle, and biohacking to prevent age-related diseases and promote longevity.

There are ten, in-depth modules that incorporate practical tools, worksheets, quizzes, recipes, meal plans, and simple biohacking techniques like foundational breathwork, stretching, heart rate variability (HRV) training, gut microbiome optimization, and exercise routines.

The course also explores the critical role of hormones in longevity for both men and women and at the end of every module, there are two additional resources.
